Closed coupled centrifugal pumps
The robust pump casing with integrated mounting feet and a discharge flange reinforced with stiffeners provides increased resistance to pipeline loads and increases pump reliability. NCB pumps are equipped with standard electric motors. The motor torque is transmitted to the impeller via an intermediate shaft made of AISI 316L stainless steel. A wide range of corrosion-resistant alloys are used for the shaft sleeve and shaft.
NCB are CE marked and comply with applicable European directives such as ATEX.
Design features of the NCB series pumps
Impeller:
The pumps can be equipped with an open (SCB version) or vortex impeller (SCBX version for liquids with solid inclusions).
Caasing:
The standard spiral design is mounted on cast iron feet. The suction connection is located on the pump axis and the discharge connection is located at the top centre.
As an option, the pump casing can be fitted with a jacket for applications where the pumped liquid has to be heated or cooled to maintain optimum liquid viscosity. The NCV pumps are CE marked and comply with current European directives such as ATEX.
Mechanical seal:
The seal chamber is suitable for various seal types including single, double and tandem seals. Double and tandem seals are available for heavier and more sensitive applications. All seals can be supplied with various types of flushing and auxiliary systems. Single and double cartridge seals can be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's standards or with those designed in accordance with the latest ISO or DIN standards.
External seals and stuffing box seals are optional, as is the seal housing jacket, usually used when pumping corrosive or toxic liquids.

Progressive cavity pumps
Today, ASCO POMPE manufactures screw pumps that are used in a variety of industries, from wastewater treatment plants to the wine and food industry. Peristaltic volumetric pumps

Internal gear pumps
Internal gear pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps with a robust and simple design (only two moving parts). This type of design allows for efficient pumping of both liquid and clean media, as well as abrasive, highly viscous media with inclusions (e.g. asphalt, chocolate, honey, etc.).
