Valisi peristaltic pump hoses are made of the highest quality rubber - the right hardness combined with the right amount of internal reinforcement layers and, above all, without machining the outer surface. This is perhaps the most important feature for improving hose lubrication. The lubricant adheres better to the hose, causing less friction and less heat build-up between the boot and the hose, resulting in a longer hose life. The optimal performance of our hoses is achieved by using the right amount of internal reinforcement layers.

We offer from 2 to 6 internal reinforcement layers, depending on the size of the hose. We are constantly working to reduce hose wear and tear. Our engineers are fully involved in this important work and have succeeded in creating a hose that today lasts approximately 30% longer than any other hose on the market.

	NBR - NITRIL BUTADIENE RUBBER HOSE Characteristics: Ideal for pumping natural and synthetic oils, oil-based liquids (non-aromatic) with good mechanical properties. Marking: black hose, yellow stripe. Temperature range: -10°C to 80°C.
	NBR-FDA - Food Grade Nitrile Butadiene Rubber Hose Features: FDA CFR 21 rating, excellent for transferring natural and synthetic oils and petroleum-based liquids. Marking: black hose, white/yellow stripe. Temperature range: -10°C to 80°C
	EPDM - Ethylene-Propylene Rubber Hose (BUNA) Features: Chemical resistance to acids, caustics and corrosive media. Marking: black hose, red stripe. Temperature range: -20°C to 80°C.
	CSM - Hypalon Hose Features: Excellent chemical compatibility with strong acids, bases and brines. Strongly recommended for use with oxidising agents, hypochlorite and alcohols. Marking: black hose, blue stripe. Temperature range: -10°C to 80°C.

Peristaltic volumetric pumps

VALISI peristaltic pumps cover a range of twenty models and two series with capacities up to 150 m3/h and pressures up to 15 bar. This type of pump can be operated in dry running mode, is seal-free, reversible, self-priming and has a high suction capacity. Two rollers or two shoes alternately compress the tubing, which is available in twelve different elastomeric materials for the widest possible range of applications in a wide variety of industries. The pumps are designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation with viscous, abrasive, solids, transfer or dosing products.

Pneumatic diaphragm pumps

Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps are one of the most versatile pumps on the market today. They can be purchased at a favourable price and are used in many industries to pump a wide range of liquids.

Thanks to their simple operating principles, compact and reliable design, and a wide range of materials and accessories, diaphragm pumps meet all the requirements for industrial pumping equipment.

Internal gear pumps

Internal gear pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps with a robust and simple design (only two moving parts). This type of design allows for efficient pumping of both liquid and clean media, as well as abrasive, highly viscous media with inclusions (e.g. asphalt, chocolate, honey, etc.). The pumps can pump liquids with a viscosity of 1 cSt to 450,000 cSt. The pumps provide a uniform flow and high pressure. The following gear pump designs are available: internal eccentric gear pumps, modular gear pump, helical gear pump etc.
