QUAD pumps have been developed to provide an economical solution to the problem of pumping liquids. They have a suction height of up to 6 m and a pressure head of up to 25 m, which makes them suitable for the most demanding applications.
The absence of valves and other complex mechanisms in motion eliminates the risk of breakage and low productivity.
These features, together with the fact that QUAD pumps are made entirely of pressed stainless steel, ensure a long service life, high performance and perfect hygiene, making them ideal for industrial use in the food, chemical, textile, disinfection and other industries.

The QUAD series pumps have the following characteristics:

Self-priming pump

Self-priming pump able to handle liquids with dissolved gases and to operate at a depth of up to 5 metres

Open-type impeller

The open-type impeller is entirely made of stainless steel and is suitable for handling dirty, solid-laden liquids

Small size

The QUAD pump is very compact and, on request, can be supplied with a practical stainless steel carriage for easy transportation

High thickness pump casing

High thickness steel (3mm) which ensures a higher mechanical and corrosion resistance, and therefore a longer life

Zone at risk of explosion

To operate in zones at risk of explosion, motors compliant with Atex standards are supplied

Easy to dismantle

The cleaning and replacement of the mechanical seal and of the impeller are incredibly simple as the pump can be taken apart with ease

Peristaltic volumetric pumps

VALISI peristaltic pumps cover a range of twenty models and two series with capacities up to 150 m3/h and pressures up to 15 bar. This type of pump can be operated in dry running mode, is seal-free, reversible, self-priming and has a high suction capacity. Two rollers or two shoes alternately compress the tubing, which is available in twelve different elastomeric materials for the widest possible range of applications in a wide variety of industries. The pumps are designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation with viscous, abrasive, solids, transfer or dosing products.

The pumps can pump liquids with a viscosity of 1 cSt to 450,000 cSt. The pumps provide a uniform flow and high pressure.
