Hose pumps VPH series
The VALISI peristaltic pumps of the VPH series (with shoe technology) are ideal for pumping liquids at high pressure and low volumes, for sampling and emptying, in the food and beverage industry and in water treatment. It is reversible and has a glandless design, easy to use and can be equipped with a leakage sensor to detect a hose break. It can be supplied with an integrated IP66 inverter for local flow variation or with remote control. A hydraulic variator is available on request. CE and ATEX certified, FDA hoses available on request.
When these pumps are used for horizontal delivery, the horizontal discharge pipe length can be between 400 and 3000 m.

We only work with high-quality compound rubbers reinforced with 2 to 6 separate layers of braided polyamide and an outer layer manufactured to strict tolerances to ensure perfect compression and a long service life.

Working principle of the VPH pumps
- The pump hose is compressed in series by two pressure shoes mounted on a rotating wheel. The first shoe creates a vacuum by pressing on the hose walls and draws the pumped liquid into the hose.
- Once the pumped liquid has entered the hose, the second shoe passes over the hose. This movement pushes the liquid towards the pump outlet. As the shoes rotate, the section of hose that has been compressed begins to return to its nominal state, creating a vacuum that draws liquid into the hose.
- When the discharge shoe is disconnected from the hose, the opposite shoe is already compressed. This arrangement prevents any backflow. The pumped liquid is successfully drawn in and out by the rotation of the wheel.

Progressive cavity pumps
Today, ASCO POMPE manufactures screw pumps that are used in a variety of industries, from wastewater treatment plants to the wine and food industry. Peristaltic volumetric pumps
VALISI peristaltic pumps cover a range of twenty models and two series with capacities up to 150 m3/h and pressures up to 15 bar. This type of pump can be operated in dry running mode, is seal-free, reversible, self-priming and has a high suction capacity. Internal gear pumps
Internal gear pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps with a robust and simple design (only two moving parts). This type of design allows for efficient pumping of both liquid and clean media, as well as abrasive, highly viscous media with inclusions (e.g. asphalt, chocolate, honey, etc.). The pumps can pump liquids with a viscosity of 1 cSt to 450,000 cSt. The pumps provide a uniform flow and high pressure.
