Valisi dosing pumps VD-EMP
The sophisticated, reliable design of the pumping units and the possibility of using various types of electric motors as a drive make them suitable for a wide range of industrial and laboratory processes. Dosing pumps are made of materials that can withstand most chemicals, even acids. They are designed for all types of processes where it is necessary to dose a product into a hydraulic network, in such industries as food, textile, chemicals, water treatment and others. The dosing capacity of each module is independently adjustable, with no need to stop the pump from 0% to 100% of its capacity. On request, VD pumps are equipped with single- or three-phase AC motors or DC motors with an operating voltage of 12-24 V. Optionally, the pump can be equipped with a variable speed drive and a pulsation damper. A significant advantage of VD pumps is the ability to connect up to four working heads to one motor, and these units can pump different types of liquids with different capacities at the same time. The special diaphragm PTFE with elastomer base, reinforced with fiber allows this type of pump to be used at pressures up to 15 bar, and in the version with a ceramic piston - up to 20 bar.
DESIGN
The design of Valisi VD-EMP piston and diaphragm metering pumps is developed to meet the stringent requirements of various industries:
- materials resistant to corrosion and mechanical wear (aluminium alloys, stainless steel, ceramics, fluoroplastic, etc.) are used for the casing and moving parts;
- the pumps are self-priming and have the ability to adjust the capacity within a wide range;
- high quality of parts manufacturing ensures a long service life of the equipment even at constant operation with maximum working pressure.

FEATURES
A special feature of the Valisi VD-EMP metering pump range is the wide range of models that differ in technical characteristics. The materials of the cylinder and plunger, the type of electric motor, the metering pump configuration and additional accessories can be selected based on the specific process and the characteristics of the pumped substances.

Progressive cavity pumps
Today, ASCO POMPE manufactures screw pumps that are used in a variety of industries, from wastewater treatment plants to the wine and food industry. Peristaltic volumetric pumps
VALISI peristaltic pumps cover a range of twenty models and two series with capacities up to 150 m3/h and pressures up to 15 bar. This type of pump can be operated in dry running mode, is seal-free, reversible, self-priming and has a high suction capacity. Two rollers or two shoes alternately compress the tubing, which is available in twelve different elastomeric materials for the widest possible range of applications in a wide variety of industries. Internal gear pumps
Internal gear pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps with a robust and simple design (only two moving parts). This type of design allows for efficient pumping of both liquid and clean media, as well as abrasive, highly viscous media with inclusions (e.g. asphalt, chocolate, honey, etc.). The pumps can pump liquids with a viscosity of 1 cSt to 450,000 cSt. The pumps provide a uniform flow and high pressure.
